At The Neuro Wellness Collective we value the reciprocal relationship between our mental and physical health. We believe it is important to consider how our mental health impacts our physical health.

LoveYourBrain Yoga is a research-backed, 6-week yoga, mindfulness, and resilience based psychoeducation and group discussion program designed for individuals with brain injuries, neurodegenerative conditions and caregivers. Each class is 90 minutes

Each class consists of:
10 minutes breathing exercises
45 minutes gentle yoga
15 minutes guided meditation
20 minutes psychoeducation
