Why yoga?

The quality of the state of one’s mind is crucial to healing. Brain injury and trauma recovery or neuro-degenerative conditions lead to disconnection between the mind and body. At The Neuro Wellness Collective we value the reciprocal relationship between our mental and physical health. We believe it is important to consider how our mental health impacts our physical health.
